What about me?

I’m not generally into celebrating myself. I don’t have birthday parties or usually tell many people it is my birthday, and I had a very private 6 person wedding. But if you want to learn more about me as a teacher and when and where I got started with Pilates, here’s my bio!

I’ve been teaching Pilates for 16 years, have been in an ongoing weekly continuing ed Pilates mentorship program for the last 4 years, and it’s all I do for work. I opened Cisco Pilates 15 years ago and run it entirely by myself. I think finding a teacher who has a full time Pilates job is a good idea! It means it’s all we do, and it’s all we think about. It means we practice Pilates on our own and have Pilates teachers teach us too. We’re really nerdy about it, and that translates as a good thing for you as a client.
