Vegan Basil Cilantro Parsley Pesto

Quick and easy Vegan Pesto!

1 bunch basil

1 bunch cilantro

1/2 bunch parsley

1 garlic clove

1/4-1/2 cup tahini

1/4-1/2 cup olive oil

1/2-1 tsp salt

Wash all greens. I often do just cilantro pesto, or use other seasonal greens like nettles or chickweed. Add all ingredients to food processor and blend. You may need to add more tahini/olive oil/salt to get the consistency and taste you like. I put this on just about anything.
