Vegan Cashew Cheese Sauce

I just want to put this sauce on everything. It’s easy and super delicious!

Ingredients:

1 cup raw cashews (I soak for an hour or less in hot water)

1 cup water

3 sundried tomatoes

1/3 cup nutritional yeast

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 garlic clove

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp turmeric

Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth. Pour over pasta, tacos, vegetables, etc.
